When the New Year rolls around, we think, "I am going to get in shape, eat better, save money, start doing (fill in the blank) and stop (x)." The greatest investment for the New Year is to invest in something that can never be taken away. What if you could invest in your own education!
One of our problems today is that we are getting educated from that latest 30 second videos from social media. Instead of deeply studying any given subject, our own personalized algorithm floods our feed and fills our mind with information that our flesh craves most.
The solution to this problem is to gain an accurate Biblical worldview. What's that?
The extent to which you view the world through the lens of the Bible is your Biblical Worldview. How do you deal with suffering? How do you respond during hardships? What are your beliefs about God, heaven, death, marriage, finances, and retirement?
Developing a Biblical foundation and accurately understanding what God says about every subject and circumstance that you face is the the most important view you can achieve.
The greatest longterm investment in 2025 will be the amount of time you spend developing your relationship to God. You can read the Bible. Get alone with God. Use your gifts at church to serve. Share your faith with someone far from God. You can start today!
Another opportunity you have is to make a two year commitment to complete Practical Theological Seminary. We have taken 10 Core Courses from seminary and made them available for everyone. Only a few people will ever attend a traditional seminary. It takes too long and costs too much money. We have created a seminary education for everyone. It's practical and doable for everyone's time and budget. Our next course start in January. Apply Here: https://www.practicaltheologicalseminary.com/apply-now
